Fischer Future Heat is a renowned brand in the domestic heating industry. Fischer supplies and installs dynamic electric radiators, water heaters, boilers, and other home heating solutions. Driven by the desire to lower the carbon footprint of UK homes, all our products are 100% electric.
Applicants must have:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a good telephone manner to assist our customers with any technical needs with our products.
- Good problem-solving skills to accurately diagnose issues remotely.
- Must be customer focused with a desire to ensure swift resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a fast-paced role that would suit a candidate who works well under pressure; therefore, a proven track record of success in a call centre environment would be advantageous.
Some basic plumbing or electrical knowledge would be advantageous although this is not a requirement as full training will be provided. The most important quality we are looking for in candidates are exceptional customer service skills.
Duties include inbound and outbound calls to customers who require assistance with our products. This could include reprogramming a thermostat on a heater , assisting a customer with repressurising their boiler, or even aiding a customer who requires an emergency call out. No two calls are the same, this is a varied role allow you to grow.
Hours of work are
Monday to Friday 9.00am – 17.00pm.
Saturdays – on a rota basis 9am – 13.00pm. (Maximum of 2 in a month)
Overtime also available manning the out of hours emergency line Sunday 10am – 16:00pm
