Fischer Ideal Homes Show Competition – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1 The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, except employees of Fischer, their immediate families, agents, or any third parties directly associated with the administration of the competition.
1.2 Only attendees of the Ideal Home Show 2025 who fill in their details on the official Fischer leaflet or via the Fischer website (https://fischerfutureheat.com) or as otherwise specified by Fischer, during the event from 21st March to 6th April 2025 are eligible to enter.
1.3 Only one entry per person is permitted. Any entrant found submitting multiple entries, whether online or via a leaflet, will be disqualified.

2. Competition Entry

2.1 No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
2.2 Participants must provide accurate and complete contact information, including their full name, email address, and phone number. Entries with incomplete, illegible, or false details will be deemed invalid and disqualified.
2.3 Entries must be submitted during the competition period. Entries received after 23:59 BST on 6th April 2025will not be considered.

3. Prize Details

3.1 One winner will receive a new Fischer Air Source Heat Pump on a supply-only basis. Installation is not included.
3.2 The heat pump is not eligible for the MCS Grant or Boiler Upgrade Scheme.
3.3 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash or alternative prize will be offered. The winner may not sell, auction, or otherwise transfer the prize to a third party.
3.4 Fischer reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

4.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries via a computer-generated process to ensure fairness.
4.2 The winner will be contacted via email or phone by 30th April 2025. If Fischer is unable to contact the winner within 7 days of the first attempt, Fischer reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a new winner. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure their contact details are accurate.
4.3 The winner may be required to provide proof of identity (such as a passport or driving license) and proof of residency (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months) before the prize is awarded.

5. General Conditions

5.1 By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with any of the terms may result in disqualification.
5.2 Fischer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition at any time without notice in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
5.3 Fischer shall not be responsible for any failure to receive entries or other failures caused by technical issues, network errors, server failures, or other disruptions beyond Fischer’s reasonable control.
5.4 The prize will be delivered to the winner’s UK residential address. Delivery arrangements will be confirmed directly with the winner. Fischer accepts no liability for delivery delays beyond its control.
5.5 Fischer shall not be liable for any additional costs or expenses incurred by the winner, including but not limited to installation costs, maintenance, or compatibility issues with the winner’s existing heating system.

6. Data Protection

6.1 By entering the competition, participants consent to Fischer processing their personal data for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting the winner.
6.2 Personal data will be handled in accordance with Fischer’s privacy policy, available on the Fischer website.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with the competition or these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
