Fischer Future Heat is a renowned brand in the domestic heating industry. Fischer supplies and installs dynamic electric radiators, water heaters, boilers, and other home heating solutions. Driven by the desire to lower the carbon footprint of UK homes, all our products are 100% electric.
Applicants must have:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a good telephone manner in order to coordinate the engineer’s diaries and make appointments.
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK is desirable but full training will be given to the right candidate.
- Must be target-driven with a desire to succeed. This is a fast paced role that would suit a candidate who works well under pressure; therefore a proven track record of success in a call center environment would be advantageous.
Duties include making outbound calls to customers who have made an enquiry about the company’s services to book an appointment for the engineer to visit.
Hours of work are
Monday to Friday 8.00am – 16.00pm.
Up to 2 Saturdays a month 9am – 12.00pm.
